McQuillen came out that afternoon for a free estimate and removed the tree the next morning. I could not have asked for better service. Left the area very clean , no mess. McQuillin Tree Care is amazing! From start to finish, my experience with them was stupendous! I called for an estimate to remove a dead pine tree and Steven promptly came out to give me a quote, in person. (Other businesses I called just wanted the address and told me they would be out when they could.) The estimate was very affordable and I decide to do business with them. I accepted the quote on a Tuesday, I was told the work could be done 2 weeks out, which was fine because it wasn’t an emergency, and scheduled a date that worked for me. On Wednesday, he contacted me saying they could do the work the next day (Thursday) and I said okay, as I was surprised at how soon the work would be done. Unfortunately, things happen and they couldn’t do the work on Thursday. He made a point to stop at the house and tell me this IN PERSON! He asked if Saturday would be okay and I said yes that would be great, as the work was still being done sooner then expected. Saturday, Steven and his team came and took the tree down and cleaned up the yard (you couldn’t even tell we had a tree removed it was cleaned up so well) in about 3 hours. The gentleman who cut the tree down actually thanked me for allowing him to cut the tree. They couldn’t get the bigger logs all in the truck and stacked them nicely to the side of the yard and came and picked them up on Monday. Same day, Steven called me telling me he couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the place where they were getting dirt to fill the holes. I told him it was okay he didn’t have to do that and I would fill the holes in myself. He didn’t listen and went ahead and got dirt and took the time to come out and fill in the holes. Not only did he fill the holes he planted grass seed as well. Steven and his team went above and beyond with the work that they did. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. I also want to mention that the communication was terrific.
