- Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text, or by contacting us by phone or email. After you opt out, you will receive one final text confirming the request, and we will remove your number within 24 hours.
- Getting help. Reply HELP to any text, or contact us directly, and we will respond with our phone number, email, and website.
- How we handle your number. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. McQuillin Tree Care will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with anyone.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Store and Protect Your Information
Form submissions and call records are stored inside the platforms listed above and inside our own email and bookkeeping accounts. We use reputable providers, keep accounts protected with strong passwords, and limit access to people who need it to do their job. No website can promise perfect security, but we treat your information the way we’d want our own treated.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep customer records for as long as needed to service the job and meet legal recordkeeping requirements, typically up to seven years for invoiced work. Analytics data is retained according to the defaults of the tools listed above (commonly 14 to 26 months). You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.
